To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Kindly include your order number and the reason for the refund request in your message to enable a faster resolution.

Eligibility for a Refund:

To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.

Processing a Refund:

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchange:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our Customer Service team.

Shipping Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. Please note, any customs and import duties that may be applicable will be borne by the customer.
